COMPUTER GLITCHES
There is no such thing as a computer glitch. A computer is like a gun. It’s just a piece of inanimate hardware until there is some human interventions. A gun glitch doesn’t kill anyone. It’s the human that pulls the trigger. So called computer glitches can be either intentional or accidental. Computers have firmware and software. The firmware is human made, but usually not changeable by users. Software is human made and usually designed to give the user options. How many options? As many as the designer (programmer) programs, usually based on the needs of the user. Many times the users don’t even know all the options. Programmers can be creative in good ways and in bad ways, depending. But, good or bad, these options are not glitches. A user can sometimes make a mistake using the computer and blame it on a computer glitch. If a computer changes votes, it is NOT a glitch. It is a “glitch” only when the user gets caught.
