ISIS
Amazing!
I find it utterly mind boggling that a terrorist group like ISIS can over run and dominate one-third of Iraq, a large country, in three weeks and threatens the capitol city, Bagdad.. Yet, the United States with all its military supremacy and diplomatic acumen was unable to control Iraq after ten years of warfare. ISIS is not a nation. It has no formal government. It has no diplomatic corps. It has no relations with the United Nations.
So, what's going on here?
