Disparity

Obama issues the Disparity Executive Order.

Someone, a bleeding heart liberal no doubt, told Obama there is a disparity between the number of black students expelled from public schools and the number of white students expelled.  The disparity is three times more for blacks than for whites.  So, what does Obama do about the problem?  He issues yet another of his many Executive Orders and instructs the Department of Education to eliminate the disparity.  Thus, the schools will now have to expel the same number of white students as black students.  Has it occurred to him that black students are more disruptive than white students?  He thinks that by just simply issuing an Executive Order the problem is solved.  That's the way dictators think.
