PEW Research - The Wealthy and the Poor

I heard today on TV that a PEW research study found that wealthy people tend to live near other wealthy people, and poor people tend to live near other poor people.

HELLO-O-O-O-O???

Hasn't anyone at PEW, or the government for that matter, ever heard that: "Birds of a feather flock together"?  Wonder how much government grant money PEW got to conduct that critical research?  If you were a wealthy person would you want to go live among the poor?  I don't think so.  The only occasion when a wealthy person mingles with the unwashed poor is when they are running for political office and are promising the poor the "kitchen sink" to get their votes.

Are we turning into a society of crazies?
