Congressional Hearings - Afghanistan

I had plumbers here a large part of the day.  I had more than adequate time to sit around watching TV.  I watched most of the House Armed Services Committee hearings on Afghanistan questioning top military officials, i.e. generals.  My conclusion.  They should receive an EMMY Award for Political Posturing and CYA.  The boldest revelation yet of Eisenhower’s warning about the evils of the military-industrial complex. We never learn.
